Your new role As a property compliance and gas safety specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and sustainability of estate buildings. This position is integral to ensuring that facilities meet all legal and regulatory standards, providing a world-class environment for research, teaching, and learning. This role will see you oversee, coordinate, and lead compliance efforts across 350 buildings. You will provide technical guidance and serve as a primary point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders. Further to this, you will work on continuous improvement activities, and lead on data management and reporting activities. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position, you will need to hold one of, or more than one of the following combination of qualifications: ACS - Accredited Certification Gas Scheme CCN1 - Core Domestic Gas Safety CEN1 - Central Heating Boilers ICPN1 - Commercial Gas Pipe Work What you'll get in return Achieving this role will be the start of the rest of your life. Mechanical Design Engineer - To £50K + Package and 9-day fortnight Ever considered setting up on your own, but not sure where to start? Established six years ago by Chartered Directors who have worked for both contractors and consultancies, this MEP Design Consultancy offers a unique client and candidate experience.
