The company has been established for over 15 years, covering all aspects of mechanical installations including heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and BMS systems. Your new role Assisting the estimator by reviewing tender drawings, specifications, and schedules. Suggesting value engineering possibilities to optimise costs and efficiency. Reviewing our tender prior to submission to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards. Performing design checks, including calculations for heat losses/gains, pipe sizes, duct sizes, pumps, fans, etc. Continuously suggesting value engineering possibilities to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
