M&E Site Manager – High-End Residential (Mechanically Biased) 📍 Cranbrook, near Tonbridge 💷 £50,000 salary (flexible) or competitive day rate 🗓 ASAP start The Project We’re working on a premium new-build residential development consisting of 4–5 bedroom homes, each valued at approximately £1.2 million . Project value : £17 million Current phase : Phase C – 11 months remaining Future pipeline : Two additional phases lined up Team on site : 8 permanent staff (4 electricians, 4 plumbers) – award-winning and highly experienced, all permanent staff Systems : All new installations including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) This is a self-delivering site . We’re looking for a proactive Site Manager who can identify and resolve issues before they arise, and adapt plans efficiently while maintaining progress. Working Hours Core: 8:00am – 5:00pm / Most site operatives work 7:15am – 4:15pm Flexibility based on your efficiency and site management style The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone with solid residential experience, M&E sector or with a plumbing/mechanical background who has delivered residential projects for a Tier 1 Contractor.
