Tools to engineer a net zero future
This year's Seminar Series will deliver a tool kit of knowledge for engineers to get their projects to net zero and beyond. The focus will be very practical, examining approaches and tools that engineers can apply. We'll kick off with a recap on the latest climate science, then look to the future of AI tools and how they can change the profession for the better. Moving into a session on passive design and how engineers can advise beyond just building services. Then into the learnings and adaptation we can take from existing buildings before, lastly, we’ll look at the soft skills engineers need to influence clients & designers.
The Seminar Series will take place online, over five weeks.
