Building Drainage Explained

An introduction to below ground building drainage systems, explaining practical applications. Designed primarily for professionals with limited experience of this subject.


Sanitary and Rainwater Design using BS EN 12056:2000

This course focuses on application of BS EN 12056 for the design of above ground gravity drainage systems, including reference to Approved Document H. Example calculations to solve realistic design scenarios will also be included.




Designing Water Efficient Hot and Cold Supplies

Over the last decade water efficiency has become mandatory, BS 6700 has been replaced, and there have been significant technological changes affecting the design of  water supply systems in commercial and residential buildings. This course provides guidance on the essential design considerations for water and energy efficient systems.

WRAS Water Regulations Guide Explained

Since 1 July 1999 in England and Wales, all water fittings, equipment and plumbing systems installed in premises, which are supplied from the public water supply come under The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. This course covers the comprehensive guidance from the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme, to explain the process and ensure plumbing installations are compliant.
