The CIBSE Building Simulation Awards are now open for entries!
Do you know someone who deserves recognition for their work in building simulation? The 2024 CIBSE Building Simulation Awards are accepting submissions! Hosted by our group, the awards will be held during CIBSE Build2Perform Live 2024.
The CIBSE Building Simulation Award celebrates innovative use of building simulation in projects, aiming to promote advancements in simulation techniques.
To enter, simply submit details of a project involving simulation or modelling, explaining its significance and impact; your entry should include a project description and a 2-page PDF as supporting material.

The CIBSE Building Simulation Young Modeller Award, judged by a panel of industry experts, honours the exceptional work of young engineers, apprentices, and sustainability consultants specialising in building performance simulation. Candidates should be recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s), apprentices or researchers and in the first five years of their careers.
To apply, submit a document (up to 3 pages) summarising your contributions, research, or projects, showcasing the modelling approaches you’ve used. Include your CV and a testimonial from your mentor.

Finalists for the CIBSE Building Simulation Award will present their projects to a live audience and judging panel. Both awards will be presented at Vision Theatre 3 on 13 November 2024 during CIBSE Build2Perform Live at the London ExCel.
